ROOM WAS CLEAN BUT NOT STAIRWELL & ELEVATOR. -
It was clean, the staff was nice, especially the front desk and the concierge. -
Room was clean and well appointed. -
The Hyatt is in a great location, just a few blocks to the Wharf, cable cars and trains. -
Continental breakfast was pretty good also. -
We had such a great time at their restaurant/bar Tonga which had live music, dancing, and very reasonable drink prices! -

I got a great discount on the room so I was able to overlook a lot. -
