A fully refurbished and furnished apartment in a very quiet residential purpose built apartment block 1.3 miles from city centre 1.5 miles from the new Liverpool echo Concert Arena and Europe's biggest shopping centre Liverpool One with over 120 shops bars restaurants and multi-plex cinemas and 5 minutes from the world famous Albert Dock (all within 5 mins in a cab) and Beatles Museum and the city's nightlife, the apartment is close to the vibrant and trendy lark lane area with its many wine bars traditional pubs and restaurants including Turkish ,Spanish, Mexican, Italian, Indian, Chinese, French, and even a Jamaican restaurant making this one of the most cosmopolitan areas of the city, ideal especially for a romantic break with a loved one, and why not make that break even more special with a bottle of quality champagne on ice on arrival the cost for this is only £25 please arrange this prior to arrival with owner...The apartment is about 4.5 miles to Liverpool and Everton football clubs you can catch a bus outside the apartment direct to Liverpool football ground as well as being less than 5 miles from the famous Aintree racecourse, on a major bus route into the city centre buses are about every 5 minutes, there is also a taxi rank 100 yards away, the apartment is close to the Royal Hospital and women's hospital and an ideal base for doctors and hospital staff. Also very close to Liverpool University and not far from the student accommodation and an ideal base for the mums and dads visiting the kids at uni for the weekend. The apartment: situated on the fifth floor of 5 and accessed by an elevator it gives some views across the city and backs into a park. You will receive a residential car park pass on arrival free of charge. The apartment has recently been refurbished to a very high standard and is comprised of a new kitchen and bathroom with everything you will need for your visit.
