The University of Bath. We are set in 200 acres of land at Claverton Down surrounded by trees and greenery overlooking the beautiful city of Bath, just over 1 mile from the City centre. A regular bus service to the University departs at 10 minute intervals from the City centre as well as from Bath bus station. The University of Bath offers a variety of accommodation to suit all needs, with a variety of room types to suit all budgets. No minimum stay required. Guests can choose from several standards of rooms ranging from basic no frills accommodation with shared facilities in our Eastwood Accommodation to en-suite double rooms in our Woodland Court accommodation. Linen and towels are provided in all of our accommodation and all en-suite rooms are serviced daily. All other rooms are serviced once during your stay (if staying for more than three days) and all communal areas are cleaned daily (Monday to Friday). Smoking is permitted in designated areas only. Internet access is available at for a charge and is provided by BT open zone. The university operates a pay and display parking system; however a discounted parking permit is available for £5.50, which is valid for 7 days. These can be purchased on arrival when you collect your key. Breakfast is served in our Wessex restaurant which is on the main parade and approximatly a 5 minute walk from our accommodation.Check in is at our East Accommodation Centre open from 8.30am to 10pm Monday to Friday, 9am to 8pm Saturady and 10.30am to 8pm Sundays. If you are planning to arrive after the office has closed keys can be collected from our security office in the main university library please advise us at the time of booking.
