    The one place in this hotel where it is tolerably cool is in my room, where I can control the a/c via the exact same type of thermostat as in the public rooms.

    The former french governor of Annam residence was lavishly transformed into a stylish Déco/Déco-style hotel with wonderful common areassurrounded by a nice garden with very beautiful pool overlooking Perfume River.
