had a good spread of breakfast buffet and the famous PHO24 restuarant just opposite the hotel.

Breakfast buffet was great, but we were not impressed when we dined at Windsor "famous" Ngan Dinh; for the money that we spent there, we had spent much, much less money at the Windsor's dinner buffet (about $16 USD ), and for the money, buffet food was quite GOOD .

Beside the hotel is the famous An Dong shopping complex where you can do last minute shopping before departing.
