He was possibly the worst hotel manager I have ever dealt with and should really reconsider his career in the travel industry.

For a 5-star hotel we found the service level was only average as it took ages for us to check-in and out.

We had our breakfast at both the executive lounge and the lobby coffee house, selection were aplently, food were not warm and services were poor.

We asked for a double bed and a single but got 3 singles - which was disappointing considering the booking wasn't cheap.

You know it's a bad hotel when the check-in time takes 40 minutes and the manager starts selling upgrades to get you to the room you had already pre-paid for.
