    I can see that the front desk help may come off as not being the most friendly - kind of arrogant knowing that they have a posh job in a tourist class hotel, but the bell men were very helpful with luggage, and were even willing, no, actually happy to go out on seperate occassions to purchase medication and cell phone minutes.

    Just beside Hoan Kiem Lake, walking distance to old quarter, water puppet theater and minibus station to airport(VND25000) Staff are helpful and friendly, would stay again on my next visit.

    The staff is very helpful, and I very much appreciated their help in offering to go to the local market to buy the Vietnamese speciality "gio" for me to take home to my friends and family.

    Service was friendly, and the reception (one particular gentleman who was at the desk at 2pm on 18 Dec) went out of its way the day we checked to ensure that we had the rooms we wanted.
