Fantastic hotel in great location and good staff - would stay again

The rooms are clean and comfortable, the beds are a bit hard but they are everywhere we stayed in Vietnam Ms Minh organised a lot of further travel and accommodation for us and all places and tours she booked were great value and all transfers went without a hitch, she made the trip an easy, enjoyable and all great valueAlso the advice about where to eat and what to do in Hanoi was excellent I would highly recommend this hotel and most importantly the staff, especially Minh (Ming)
