Watch out, they have a way of catching a guest off guard with charges that are unexpected, ie: $5 USD charge for 20 minutes of internet use in the Business Center.

The room rates are a given, and we knew what we were in for when we booked - BUT they charge for Internet in the business centre, although there is free WiFi if you've got a laptop.

The construction appears to be adding additional floors to the opera wing (I may however be wrong) and this is a big issue because the public areas of the hotel already seems overrun with large tour groups/ conferences.
