    It's got a great feel, plenty of space downstairs for kids to hang out, and our room and bathroom was quite large, easily accommodating 4 people.

    Also the staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful, for instance after returning to collect our bags (which we had left at the hotel when we went on a two day trip to Halong Bay) prior to catching a train, we were asked if we would like to make use of a shower and then given bread and fruit to take with us on the overnight train.

    The staff is very friendly, though they will try to sell you tours every time they see you and during your breakfasts, but if you can come up with a good reason why you are not going and make it clear to them, then they stop bothering.

    The hotel is well located for all your needs here, and the manager roger was fantastic in helping me sort out my trips and plans for moving through the country also miss jerry was very helpful in making my short stay very , good,a small and friendly hotel with all staff helpfull and happy.
