The Staff went out of there way to help me with the airlines and even after I left Hanoi and went south through the central Highlands down to HCM City they forward messages from the airlines to the other hotels I was staying at in Vietnam.

Sure it has a great location however there are quite number of hotel dotted all around the old quarter which are much cheaper, right in the middle of the Old Quarter and have just as good, if not better service and facilities.

There's a great restaurant on Cha Ca, 1st restaurant to the right on the same side as the hotel.
