    The room was very clean and the staff very helpful in arranging extra beds (we are a family of 4 with 2 children) and things like an extra early breakfast, recommending hotels in Halong Bay etc.

    Rooms are spacious, but only suites have windows (and they upgraded us to a suite second time we stayed).
