Service was very good, although I took off one star because of staff breaching one of my pet peeves: I had the "privacy please" sign on the door, so staff's solution was to call from down the hall to ask if they could enter the room.

I would recommend this hotel--it was a very good experience--but when staying at a Fairmont hotel, given where they try to position themselves in the market, for me it fell short.
