Monticello Inn Hotel San Francisco Description

Steps from fashionable Union Square shopping and Powell Street Cable Cars this renovated historic 1906 building is an elegant traditional inn providing hospitality service and warmth. The hotel is a contemporary colonial theme with the charming lobby furnished in Federal Period decor. There is a gracious library for reading and relaxing with a game table and writing desk. The hotel boasts 21 one bedroom suites with 91 total guest rooms. Complimentary Napa wines are served every evening. Complimentary coffee and tea are provided around the clock. Every room in the hotel has its own refrigerator color cable television with remote digital clock radios and PC hookups. The hotel is within walking distance to the Yerba Buena Gardens, Moscone Convention Center, the theater district and the museum of modern art. Guests can relax in reproductions of Chippendale furnishings around the cozy lobby fireplace. The hotel will complete a room renovation by the end of June. We have new bed spreads, pillow top mattresses, new wallpaper, and drapes.
