    It does however have a great staff, clean rooms with great water pressure in the shower, modern amenities (lcd tv's in rooms), etc.

    staff were courteous, the price was amazing as we availed of a discount rate and the room was spacious,spotless and tastefully decorated.

    This would be a lovely hotel, should you not mind awful customer service and the nightclub conveniently located next door that plays obnoxiously loud music until after 2am.

    Pros: -great location one block from Powell Street cable car turnaround -extremely clean bathrooms -attentive staff -light continental breakfast provided for free (bagels, toast, muffins, juice, tea, coffee and fruit) -room amenities included: hairdryer, fan, iron and ironing board, flat screen TV, room safe, minibar Cons: -no air conditioning

    When I checked in it was a little chaotic because there were a lot of people there for the Oracle Convention but the staff managed to get everyone checked in quickly.
