    The rooms are small but still comfortable and are well stocked with (expensive) drinks and snacks.

    staff were courteous, the price was amazing as we availed of a discount rate and the room was spacious,spotless and tastefully decorated.

    It does however have a great staff, clean rooms with great water pressure in the shower, modern amenities (lcd tv's in rooms), etc.

    Pros: -great location one block from Powell Street cable car turnaround -extremely clean bathrooms -attentive staff -light continental breakfast provided for free (bagels, toast, muffins, juice, tea, coffee and fruit) -room amenities included: hairdryer, fan, iron and ironing board, flat screen TV, room safe, minibar Cons: -no air conditioning

    I am torn betwen 3 and 4 rating , somewhere in the middle i guess Yes the room was small and it is slightly noisy (from the 5th floor), but it was extremely clean, very nicely refurbished, and excellent location.
