  5.
Even though it is a very nice hotel, in a good location for Fisherman’s Wharf, it is not convenient for Union Square, where most of the good shopping is.

  2.
Views of the Golden Gate bridge if you're lucky enough to have a room with a view, and the walk from the hotel along the wharf to Pier 39 is charming - lots of cute shops San Francisco character.

  3.
Ghirardelli Square shops were easily accessible as well.

    TripAdvisor, 11 Jan 2008

  4.
Check out Pier 39 for some great shopping.

  5.
The location is what is to be expected from Fisherman's Wharf: cheesy, cheesy shops and rip-off tourist restaurants line the street heading east.
