Downtown Disney is just a lot of gift shops.

) -Lots of affordable(for Disney) food choices on-site -Extensive gift shop (that way you don't have to do all of your shopping under pressre at the Disney parks) The cons: -My mom was also staying at the hotel and I requested rooms near each other over a week ahead of time (per the instructions from the staff), and our rooms were literally a 10-15 minute walk from each other (I even mentioned to the front desk staff during check-in that my mom would be arriving a little later, and they said they had the note and would make sure it happened) -My mom tried to get a late (1 hour late) check-out, since her flight wasn't until 4pm, and the staff put her on hold for about 5-10 minutes, and then told her to call back.

The Pepper Market food was good.

There is both a cafeteria and a good "sit down" restaurant, good size gift shop and boat transportation to Downtown Disney.

The Hotel Guest Service staff were excellent, especially Hugh, who was extremely knowledgeable about events, shops, restaurants, and transportation in the surrounding areas
