Also, it's on a quieter street, a few blocks from times square and a few blocks from grand central - so not as obnoxious as some other places I've stayed.

I chose the 3rd category up in rooms and still had a tiny room overlooking a wall with one uncomfortable chair, no dresser, no cordless phone, no ac that worked properly but worst of all - it was dirty.
