Not to sound cheap, but if there is one thing I'd change is that I wish they had a coffee maker in the room-I got a small coffee from Mindy's restaurant-in the hotel to go, and it was $3.53-pretty

The room wasn't as nice but I think I preferred it - the atmosphere was more relaxed and they didn't charge you for every tiny thing!

I think they sell the noisy rooms off cheap on priceline, so I suppose it's a the price you pay for getting a cheap room in Manhattan.

Overall, we felt the hotel's fantastic location was spoiled by poor service, lack of customer care, and a disregard for customer satisfaction.
