Rooftop pool was cool.

We were also staying during a hot week in mid-July and were very pleased to find that the air conditioning in the building in the room was cool and comfortable, another thing I had learned to not expect when staying on the island of Manhattan in summer.

I only had two areas I would have liked changed: The air conditioner didtn get quite as cool as we like, but it was satisfactory and the toilet took about 30 seconds to flush...

It is not a stylish hotel, but if you value spacious room close to the Midtown Manhattan, and get a good price, this may just be the right one for you.
