    As well as this, there was an elevator situated by the hotel bar that went down to some lovely shops (where I found some gorgeous handbags) and also a cinema, which was very handy!

    This hotel exceeded my expectations, The lobby was so nice and there's a rose garden in front of the hotel, You can see the Statue of Liberty from the hotel, the views are spectacular, the rooms were every spacious and the sofa bed was luxurious, The hotel used Egyptian cotton sheets for the sofa bed, it was the nicest sofa bed I had ever seen, My room was upgraded to executive and everything looks brand new, since the hotel was built in 2000 and renovated in 2004, The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, I am a very picky person and I think this is the best place to stay in NY, There's also a mall that opened across the street form the hotel, It has the best convenient store as big as CSV(Savon), stay here and you won't regret it, I really enjoyed my stay and will stay here again next time I am in NY, Thanks Embassy Suites for making my stay so wonderful.

    I can tell you that we found it lovely, with many nearby shops and restaurants, as well as a walking path along the river and a great park for kids right across the street.

    There's a small convenience store near checkin you can buy water, snacks, magazines and travel sized toiletries.

    The location is very good if you are planning the trip to Ellis Island - pre book your tickets online - and also the hotel is close to the World Trade site and nearby discount shopping.
