    On the positive side: -Nice, modern hotel -All suites (1 or 2 bed + sofabed) -Complimentary breakfast and manager's reception (free drinks) -Relatively comfortable, and enough space for a larger family -Efficient and very friendly staff -Great views from nearby Battery Park - and nice walking area -Complimentary business centre with complimentary internet On the negative side: -Was assigned a room next to elevator (but it had a harbourview).

    The hotel has a contemporary look with clean lines and spacious seating areas, but front desk area is garish and ugly with a bright yellow wall paint and amateur looking paint colors dripping down the walls..
