    The hotel itself is outdated and could certainly use a refresher, but I enjoyed the location, especially being so close to Battery Park.

    Possibly the only complaint about this hotel is that it is currently surrounded by construction zones, diminishing the attractive location alongside NY Harbor in Battery City Park.
