    20 minute walk from Broadway/Times Sq, next to a whole street of food spanning the spectrum (including a great grocery store- which went excellently with the kitchen in the room!

    location,you are in a real residential area of manhatten with a dagastinos shop around the corner its an upmarket grocery store,plus delis,drugstore,mcdonalds,newsagents ,drycleanes all within a minutes walk,try the chinese drycleaners i never knew clothes could be folded so neatly and so reasonably priced,there is also a nice pedicure/manicure /massage facial salon beside hotel-v reasonable...
