Business center was convenient but too cold.

1); (3) wireless Internet is $10 a night (or $25 for three nights) and the business center also charges by the minute for Internet usage and (4) the hot and cold water taps in the bathroom (shower and sink) are extremely sensitive, meaning you either get scalded or you freeze - very difficult to get the water to an in-between temperature.

No room internet access but can print boarding passes for free in their business center.

- Getting a boarding pass is easy to do - just go to the business center on the main floor and click on bottom of computer screen ""check in for flight"" - this brings up a list of airlines and processing the check-in is easy - you get 10 free minutes to check in and get boarding pass, which is plenty of time.

All in all a great business hotel and a good family hotel if your family doesn't need resort style amenities
