    The only thing's wrong with this hotel (and this is being very picky) were that the door porters were often too pushy, they were falling over themselves to help you, hail you a taxi etc and you did always feel like you had to keep tipping them, the mini bar was too expensive, and on one day the toilet was making a continual flushing sound, something to do with the ball bit being in the wrong place and easily was fixed.

    In summary, there is nothing fundamentally wrong with this hotel but I feel the 5 star praise being lavished upon it needs to be balanced a little.
