My only complaints are one of the TVs didn't work, the carpet felt damp, and the fitness facility was very limited.

Pros: The location was very convenient to everything - Bourbon Street, the museums, the Riverwalk, the mall and Harrah's; the room was clean and the amenities were very nice; the staff was polite and accommodating; and the hotel was quiet, a cozy atmosphere for couples.

It offered excellent views of NOLA, the perfect desk chair for an achy back, nice toiletries and other amenities, comfy bed and reading chair.
