I think a lot of the staff were new, and there was some confusion between Iberville and the Ritz (when I called the front desk, it went to the Ritz), but the room was great, the location was very good, and it was a good value.

Hotel was on last street of french quarter, so a little walk to everything there but good central location for city and right by the streetcar.
