It was Sole not Newport, very modern decor.

The hotel is renovating rooms and the renovated rooms I have been in are clean and modern.

Probably the best thing about this hotel is the beach access, nice staff, great vibe late night at Kitchen 305, now rooms are a bit dated needs some modern touch

The rooms were very clean and modern and the shampoo/soap provided is from Bath & Body Works, not the cheap, stinky soap usually provided by hotels.

Kind of old fashioned modern hotel *(ie formica) ubut the price was right if you need a place right on the ocean which is great.
