I needed a couple of things printed and while the hotel no longer has a business centre for guests (it does have public computers where it is possible to check e-mails etc)the staff at the hotel's office printed the papers for me at no cost.

I used the Business Center for the internet and the entire time the employees spoke loudly to each other, on the phone, or into walkie talkies, entirely in Spanish.

The Radisson is a standard, business hotel, but looked a bit shabby - the carpet in the room, bedcovers and bathroom all looked as if they needed a good clean or replacing.
