    Things like in room coffee makers, newspaper at the door in the morning, business center services are a few examples of standard and expected complimentary services in most hotels of the size and quality level this hotel aspires to.

    My only complaint was that we were there during a very large conference, and I felt that I was constantly getting run over while walking in the hotel.

    I'd have rated it 5 stars, but for two quibbles: Service was mostly outstanding, with the exception of the less-friendly UPS Business Center and their prices ($25 to send an 8-oz.

    I had several pick-ups, deliveries, copies and all were done quickly and cheerfully- a first in my business center experience.

    There is a business centre (shared with Bally’s) that can be used for internet access, printing, etc (it is a paid service but is not very expensive).
