    And then the front desk lady next to her offered a couple a free upgrade to a Go room which was supposabily not available when I asked.

    Once we got into our rooms, my mom found that her room had a massive gross sticky stain between the beds and the bathroom was very moldy.

    People drop them on the floor and this makes the place look dirty, its a shame for such a nice place!

    When we checked in, the desk clerk said no rooms were available and then we went to another clerk who said we could get into our room.

    The hotel overall was dirty, cigarette butts everywhere, caps, trash throughout wildlife exhibit, in hallways, dirty glasses in elevators, at concierge desk, etc.
