There are a few nice shops and restaurants, but it's nothing compared to the shops you'll see in Paris, Caesar's, Bellagio, etc.

The casino was very nice, there's a nice shopping area downstairs and it's connected to the Paris hotel by another very nice shopping area.

Shopping arcade had lots of empty/out of business shops, and those that were open had a ghastly array of tacky stuff- but what would you expect in Vegas?

It is located right in the middle of all of the action, the staff was extremely friendly and many of the shops and eateries were very affordable.
