Concierge refuses to print boarding passes and if you have to do an online check-in for your airline, the business center closes at 7 so screw you--too bad.

In addition, if you want to print your boarding pass, there is a minimum $5 internet charge in the business center, plus they charge an extra $1 per printed page.

This hotel made me feel practical: I was there at a workshop and convention and their business center was very efficient and it gave me a sense of practical business applications.

The business center is located between Bally's and Paris and while the staff is nice, the center itself is lackluster.
