The next thing we noticed was that the toilet didn't flush right and when we went to the pool the spa was cold and there was no sign that it was out of order.

Although check-in was a bit of a pain, the spa was fantastic, and the location to the mall was unbeatable.

A great SPA, pool and gym, but for the traditional Vegas action, you will have to take a drive to the Strip.

My 16 year old and I could have stayed in the Spa all day: steam room, massage, tea, professional and courteous staff.

The hotel is amazing, though it does not have a casino we found that to be a high point; the staff did an excellent job of accomodating us, except at check-in where we had to wait for 10 minutes when there was no one even around, but aside from that the staff did an impeccable job with room service, spa service, and the shuttle service.

The bed was super comfy, the fridge came in handy, the robe is like wearing a blanket, & the spa tub was super relaxing (i brought my own bubble bath) ;) one draw back...
