It's fading quickly, the public areas needing attention, coffee shop running amok, missing things in guest rooms--mine didnt have a TV remote and all the calls in the world couldn't seem to get one.

The Palms Place is quite a long walk from the main hotel and casino, which gets extremely inconvenient.

The hotel location was fine for me because I had a rental car but for someone looking to stay on the strip, you should know it is a bit down the road.
