I would have liked carpet instead of tile but that is very minor compared to cleanliness, cost, and location to the airport.

you would have to rent a car to move around at Red Carpet Inn,Not walking distance to anywhere-shopping,.

beaches etc,even the nearest plaza is not walking distance.

one downfall was the location, by shuttle close to airport but nothing within walking distance (other restaurants or stores) other than diner at motel or motel next door.

perfect location if flying into or out of ft lauderdale airport,quick free shuttle to airport,polite and helpful staff,great price,i will stay here again ,comfy bed , alot of free parking
