I really enjoyed my stay at the Four Points Sheraton -- the king size bed was wonderfully comfy; service was good; location is great -- no complaints at all; I will definitely stay again at this hotel on my next visit to Chicago.

Mistakes happen, and both times they were fixed quickly, but the attendants were never very friendly, and also did not offer any apologies for the inconvenience, just went through the motions of correcting the issues as a matter of course.

Great location, one block away from public transportation, lots of restaurants and shopping malls in the area, nice staff, quiet room, never felt the outside noise.

We had an extra comfortable room and they forgot to have our robes in the room, but once i told them, they corrected it quickly.
