It is conviently located on michigan Ave and I can get to the mall form the hotel without having to walk outside and the room service food is very good compared to the room service offered at different hotels in the area.

This is the first time we have been at the Conrad Hotel everyone there was so friendly the rooms were great the food was great we had a great time we will be coming back.
