I had forgotten to print out my Southwest boarding passes the day before and asked where there was a business center where I could and the lady at the desk did if for me!

As other posters have noted, it is primarily a business hotel, but we never exerienced any problems with service travelling as a family of four, two of whom were teenagers.

As this is a business hotel in was very quiet - never heard a door slam and my husband and I had the best sleeps ever in the very comfortable bed with beautiful linen.
