Guest Reviews of Conrad Hotel Chicago Based on a 1 (poor) to 5 (excellent) rating system

Over all the hotel had a boutique feel to it even though it is part of the hilton chain.

The Conrad is a 5* boutique Hotel, but the rooms are very large, Bathrooms are very clean and the staff are extremely friendly!.

Regardless of size, the Conrad Chicago was very much like a boutique hotel- where every request was catered to thoroughly and efficiently.

There is a contemporary boutique feel to the decor throughout and the rooms are spacious enough and have fantastic 42 flat screen TV's There are nice little touches like the nightly turndown service and there is a roof top bar that really is a plus point in the summer and a superb fitness centre.
