For starters, there was only 1 person at the front desk to check in customers, I was 4th in line and it took over 30 minutes to get to the desk.

The room was filthy, no literature or local information book, smoking room without an ashtray, we couldn't find an ice bucket so we used the coffee pot then we walked from one end of the hotel to the other and couldn't find a working ice machine.

Not the best neighborhood, parking was tough, elevator was scary, the rooms felt small and dark with lots of scuff marks.
