    However, when I arrived at the hotel, the girl at the desk, who was wearing a trainee badge, was quite rude to me and tried to insinuate that no such allowances were made.

    Service was brilliant, staff gave helpful directions to help us find our restaurant, assisted us when we had a problem with the cash machine and provided me with free toothpaste when I forgot mine.
