It a shame because the room was spacious clean, stylish, comfortable, excellent in everyway.

PROS: Interesting city view, spacoius and comfortable room, good breakfast, trendy bar (but expensive), helpful staff.

we were told that the system had gone into winter mode so the coolest the room would go would be 16c we explained that it wasn't working and the staff member suggested that we turn it off!!!

Only slight let-down was the food - room service meal seemed as if it'd been on the tray for quite a while before it arrived (dry, cool, etc) and breakfast not as good as other hotels I've been in (only 2 small slices of toast, long wait for cooked, coffee not that fresh).

Design and layout is stylish and bathroom luxurious.
