PROS: Convenient location only 2 minutes walk from Piccadilly Station, great views over Manchester from room, pleasant bar area with good cocktails, early (1030) check-in not a problem, modern, design/boutique feel to room, supremely comfortable bed CONS: smell of bad drains in room (coming from bathroom)
