My husband and I stayed at the Park Plaza reciently, we found the room clean and comfortable, the staff were helpful and friendly, the hotel is close to Victoria Station, and easy walk to attractions.

Had a problem checking in, we arrived half an hour before check in time and was asked to come back in 1 hour, we left case and bags with concierge which was fine, we came back 1 hour later only to be told the room would be at least another half an hour before it was ready, so I said I wanted a room which was reasy now not waiting.
