Not so great shower, not so comfortable bed, too hot took days to get AC on.

But the bed was fairly uncomfortable (hard) and the room was noisy (from outside, somewhat expected, also from doors slamming and from housekeeping in the morning).

The room felt generally shabby and was not what I would expect from a hotel claiming a 5 star rating and is not in line with my previous experiences of Radisson hotels.
