Very quiet and safe neighborhood although some areas of nearby Page St are a bit dodgy.

Wafer thin walls, meaning than when inconsiderate guests arrived back at the hotel at half three in the morning, we were woken by them.

Unfortunately we had a horrendous experience, never received our order, and were kept waiting for 75 minutes for an ineffective manager who couldn't give us a refund.
