Le personnel est très professionnel , mais manque de chaleur , l hôtel est un peu anonyme .

I had a late lunch on arrival in a first floor restaurant near the bar - lovely light meal and very friendly helpful staff.

This is a a first class hotel, location is great, staff very friendly, room has everything you need, the only down side is the restaurant is expensive, but lots of eating venues on the doorstep,highly recomended
